Ebook Design Premium Package

Custom Ebook Design Premium package covers are created using different stock images. When contacting me, please be as clear as possible about what you want! Please describe some key elements of the book, that you would consider appearing on the cover, e.g. Important locales, character description, outfit description, items and/or themes, day, night, forest, city, please mention if characters needs to have some kind of weapons or magic etc. Mention anything I need to know.

Please provide links or examples of other covers you like. This helps me to determine your taste and preferences. If you make some choices about what you want before we start, things will go much faster.

Find a stock images for your book cover design at shutterstock.com or Depositphotos.com , I have paid subscription on both sites which means you won’t have any additional stock fees if you find stock there. I can use stock images from other sites as well but please be aware that if the stock image from any other website cost more than $20 I will add additional costs for the stock to the final price.

Please expect around 3-7 days for photo manipulation covers to be completed unless we discuss otherwise when you contact me. This allows time for discussion as well as editing. I will work with you on tweaking your cover until you’re happy- no hidden fees.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR STOCK FEES?

If the photo is from Shutterstock or Depositphotos.com stock images are included in the price. If it is from a different stock photo website, please purchase the image and email it to me, if I purchase these images for you I will add the cost to the final price.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL RULES OR RESTRICTIONS ON SHUTTERSTOCK PHOTOS?

CAN YOU MAKE A FRONT, BACK AND SPINE DESIGN?

This is included only with the Super Premium Print Book package. Ebook design includes only front cover art and custom typography.

WILL YOU SEND MULTIPLE DESIGN CONCEPTS?

This depends on the project brief, but usually yes. If you’re not totally sure what you want, I will send you 2-3 concepts.
If you have a very straightforward instructions, I may only send one to start with.

DO YOU HAVE A LIMIT ON REVISIONS?

The Premium Ebook package is limited to three revisions. If more revisions are needed, additional costs may apply.

However, each revision involves a significant time investment, both on my part and yours. I’m happy to work with you on revisions that move the product toward a finished cover, but it’s also important that I ensure every client’s project starts on time. The vast majority of book cover designs require no more than 3 revisions, with only a small amount of covers even hitting that number. If your cover needs more than that, I may have to schedule further revisions behind other projects as necessary.

I will work with you until you are satisfied with your cover, but keep in mind that more revisions may mean a longer amount of time to finish the project and additional costs.

WILL YOU PREPARE A CREATESPACE PDF FILE?

No, this is included only with the Super Premium Print Book package.

DO I HAVE TO CREDIT YOU ON MY BOOK?

Yes please, if it’s possible something as simple as “Cover Art by Moonchildljilja”

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET REFUND?

If you contact me right away or before I start to work to cancel editing I will issue a full refund for your project.
But if I already started with editing and bought images for your project I won’t issue a refund.

IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT FOR THE SERIES?

Discount for series, you pay full price for the first cover from the series only,
for each next cover from the series you will get $50 discount.

This means that you will receive my cover design within 1-5 days. You
can make changes, and if you don’t like it at all, I’ll design a new one for you, with your guidance.

Yes. This service is included with the design cost for the Super Premium Print cover design package. Please let me know your page count, paper color, blurb, and cover dimensions or provide me with the template.

If you don’t know the page count right now, that’s fine! We’ll do the eBook cover now, and work on the wrap once you know.
